The quality of a piece of fabric depends on the use of its raw materials, which is related to the functionality, comfort and health of a piece of fabric.
Today I want to talk about the four materials in our common sofa fabrics in life:
01 Viscose
Viscose, the full name of viscose fiber. Using "wood" as the raw material, the fiber is extracted from natural wood cellulose. The hygroscopicity of viscose meets the physiological requirements of human skin, and has the characteristics of smooth and cool, breathable, anti-static, anti-ultraviolet, brilliant color, good color fastness, etc., making the fabric look more high-end. It has the essence of cotton and the quality of silk. It is an authentic plant fiber, which is derived from nature and is superior to nature.
02 Cotton
Cotton, an annual herb with a peach-like fruit with white fibers and dark brown seeds. Various fabrics made of cotton are the most suitable personal textiles for the human body. It is soft in texture, warm in winter and cool in summer, and has excellent permeability. It can effectively absorb the sweat on the human skin, make the body temperature return to normal quickly, and truly achieve the effect of ventilation and sweat absorption. It also has the characteristics of anti-static, anti-mite and anti-itch, not easy to rub, not curling, and not fading.
03 hemp
Hemp is the earliest natural plant fiber used by human beings. Because it is harmless to the human body, it is more and more valued by human beings. Hemp fiber is strong, soft, smooth and neat. Secondly, hemp fiber has unique advantages such as strong hygroscopicity, fast heat dissipation, friction resistance, high temperature resistance, non-flammability, non-cracking, low conductivity, low dust collection rate, antibacterial health care, etc. It is suitable for military fabrics and has high utilization value.
04 Polyester
Polyester, an important variety of synthetic fibers, is a fiber made by spinning and post-processing. After the polyester yarn is set, the flat and fluffy shape is generated, and it can be washed for many times in use, and it will remain unchanged for a long time. Polyester has the advantages of anti-wrinkle, no ironing, not easy to fluff, smooth and soft, and at the same time, it has the characteristics of stiffness, wear resistance, easy washing and quick drying.
Among the common sofa fabrics, the comfort and softness of the fabrics are relatively lacking. A piece of fabric with a comfortable hand can not only improve the experience of consumers, but also reflect the overall sense of value of a sofa. It is generally woven from natural fabrics. The fabric is more comfortable to the touch.
