What is different between paper printing and digital printing

- Nov 01, 2019-

Nowaday.there are 2 main types for fabric printing. One is normal printing called the paper printing and the other is digital printing. which is very popular.

Traditional heat transfer is mainly made of fabric chemical fiber. Polyester fabric uses disperse ink and heat transfer ink to utilize processes such as Heidelberg and electro-engraving plates. Transfer printing paper at high temperature for transfer printing is suitable for large-scale printing. The advantages are color is very clear. fast and low in cost. But the disadvantages is color troubles.it can work with few colors of design and the mould charge is expensive.

Digital Printing New Emerging Printing Process Using Inkjet Printer to Realize Printing Process Technology Suitable for various industries Needing plate making requires a large amount of color to produce perfect gradient effect

Digital printing is divided into several categories based on its fabric and ink:

A. Thermal transfer—for 100%polyester fabric

B. Active direct injection---for cotton and tc fabric

C acid direct injection---for nylon and silk

D. Direct injection of paint—for dark color fabric

At present.the main digital printing process in the market belongs to thermal transfer. The process and gravure process are similar. The printer is used to print transfer paper for high temperature transfer.Suitable for ceiling. polyester. chemical fiber.webbing and other industries
